Postnatal care extends up to 28 days following the birth of your baby, should you require extra support.

Home visits are tailored to your needs in the first week, and you will also be contacted daily by telephone.

Visits will become more spaced (usually in week 2 by mutual consent) as you gain in confidence and recover from the birth.

I will also weigh your baby and keep a check on his/her general condition.

I will also advise you in whatever method of infant feeding you choose, and assist you in your adjustment to parenthood if it is your first baby.
